Plastic usage is increasing day by day due to the high demand across the globe and as a responsible company we are adhering to all the rules laid by our government and strictly follow resource conservation and recycling policy throughout our manufacturing process.

Raw Materials

Using high-quality raw materials and innovative technology enables us to create products that use minimum materials but gives a high yield. We are in constant search for finding new ways to reduce material usage and manufacture products that are efficient and safe for the environment. Creating sustainable plastic products with thin material is a mission we are working firmly to reduce the pollution caused by the over consumption of plastic products.

Energy Consumption

Hi5 Packaging is monitoring the company’s energy consumption per kilogram for the plastic products manufactured by our machines and ensuring to incorporate energy-saving methodologies to reduce high energy intake. We are committed to reducing the energy footprint by harnessing a natural source of energy for efficiency even in low power utilization.

Waste Reduction & Recycling

We are incorporating a plastic reduction and recycling process whenever possible, where the material waste is fed into the production cycle for recycling. By this way, the materials are optimally reused, resulting in low plastic waste left into the world. In cases where the generated waste cannot be recycled, they are used for research and other processes that will subsequently improve process efficiency and create new ways to use the materials. We are endeavouring to lower the plastic waste percentage every year.

Alternative Resource

Hi5 Packaging is interested in coming up with bioplastics and plastic-alternatives, engineered to overcome the rapidly growing plastic pollution in our world. We are determined to find an ingenious way of creating and using eco-friendly or biodegradable products that supports our ecosystem for the welfare of our future generation.
