Chinese vacuum forming 4 station laser machines by using more than 10 family molds, the box with attached lids which is more suitable for bakery products, we also accept customized order were design and molds are provided by the client.

Thermoforming high speed machines specially designed for PET material with accessories water chiller, cooling tower, air compressor and necessary molds to match the vegetable, fruits and food industries packaging.

PET EXTRUSION

We can produce PET sheets 500 kgs per hour, our machines are the latest technologies with its mixer, crystallizer, twin screw extruder and also with a co screw to enable multilayer A – B – A , T-DIE with masterbatch doser to identify the layer with different colors, width 300 mm to 800 mm , micron 250 to 900.

SHEET LINE

This could be a lucrative material easily made, to cater the needs with neat and sophisticated look to match the mood and aesthetics of the building and business premises. This indoor product is durable, for almost 20 years on wall and 7 years on floor, Thickness 3-4 mm for wall , 5-6mm for floor and special order can be made upto 9mm.
